Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the floral shop
- Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conflict resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining high standards of product quality
- Order and maintain inventory of flowers, plants and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop
- Monitor budget and sales performance
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
- Stay abreast with latest trends in floral designs and industry practices
