You will assist the operations team in claims support, application processing, and general duties.
Responsibilities
- Administer day‑to‑day operations of e2i's grants, including processing of applications, variations, candidate onboarding and claims.
- Validate claims documents and prepare for Finance disbursement, & where relevant, provide findings to the OIC for evaluation.
- Review submitted documentation for completeness and compliance; identify discrepancies and follow up with employers or partners
- Maintain accurate, audit‑ready records in accordance with programme and organisational requirements
- Liaise with Members, Training Providers, call centre and relevant departments for appeals and enquiries
- Checking of membership status
- Update internal database and prepare reports
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- ‘A’ Level & above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous with good numeracy
- Possess good written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
