Key Responsibilites

• End-to-End Development: Assist in the design and implementation of responsive software applications using Flutter, React, or complementary technologies.
• AI-Enhanced Features: Support the integration of AI-driven components—such as smart search, chatbots, product recommendations, and predictive UI elements—into modern retail solutions.
• Vibe Coding & Experience Flow: Combine no-code/low-code tools with precision coding to deliver clean, effortless user journeys that work seamlessly across multiple screens.
• System Integration: Work closely with senior developers and DevOps teams to connect frontend applications with APIs, cloud services (especially Azure), and databases.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in code reviews, learn engineering best practices, and adapt to modern frontend/backend integration methods.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Open to Fresh Graduates with strong final year projects or coding portfolios.
• Tech Stack Interest: Basic exposure to or academic experience in Flutter or React web/mobile development.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI development assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot/Codex, ChatGPT) to write, debug, or optimize code.
• UI/UX Prototyping: Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FlutterFlow, or equivalents is a strong plus.
• Foundational Technical Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of building or consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with RDBMS systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Supabase.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a strong willingness to learn, and a collaborative teamwork mindset.
