Responsibilities

Salary: $2,580 (MIN Diploma with HR internship experience)
Up to $2,800 (1–2 years of relevant HR experience)
1-Year Contract
Monday – Friday, Office Hours
Annual Leave: 7 Days
Conversion / Extension Opportunity (Subject to Performance and Business Needs)
Administration of Learning & Development Activities
Collate training nominations from departments
Process training applications and registrations
Coordinate and confirm training schedules and logistics
Raise payment requests for course fees and reimbursements
Monitor attendance records and course completion status
Follow up on post-training submissions, reports, certificates, results and payments
Provide administrative and logistical support for training programmes
Prepare training materials and training venues for in-house sessions
Assist in funding and training grant claim submissions
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
Maintain training catalogues and course information in the LMS
Update employee training records and learning history
Ensure accuracy and completeness of training data and records
Support system updates and learning administration activities
