Job Summary

As a DevOps Team Lead at Alphline Technologies, you will lead technical teams to design and deliver scalable, user-centric web and mobile solutions. You will mentor team members, drive project execution, and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance UI/UX and system performance.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the technical direction and execution of assigned .NET projects to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
• Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions
• Lead the DevOps project team to ensure smooth deployment and operational efficiency
• Develop user-friendly web and mobile applications using appropriate technologies aligned with project objectives
• Analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to meet business needs
• Apply the latest web technologies to improve interface design and user interactivity, focusing on optimal UI/UX engineering
• Manage time and prioritize multiple tasks to complete product features according to project priorities
• Deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule, adhering to SDLC methodologies
• Conduct continuous research on emerging web and mobile technologies to drive innovation in interface design and interactivity
• Document project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders in English
• Work collaboratively within Agile/Kanban software development frameworks to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, and other IT-related disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant skill experience
• MUST HAVES – To articulate and demonstrate proficiency through a portfolio of projects and involvement.

1. Practical Experience with ASP.NET, MVVM, MVC, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, InfluxDB
2. Practical Experience with Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5 & Entity Framework
3. Leadership roles

• Understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable applications
• Comfortable working with Agile/Kanban Software Development Methodology
• Good communication and project documentation skills in English
• Fluency in Mandarin

Added Advantage:

• Mobile application hybrid development (React-Native, etc.)
• Experience in Java Spring Boot Framework
• Experience in WPF and Windows Service development
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS& IIS
• Experience using the Clean Architecture framework
• Experience in integrating application credentials with Active Directory, Membership, and OAuth 2.0
• Experience in deploying .NET applications on Azure/AWS/GCP
• Experience in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Elastic Search
• Experience in any .NET Core framework
• Proficiency in CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Working Hours & Location:

5-day work week (4 days in Office & 1 day Work-from-Home) / Mondays - Thursdays 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, Fridays 8:30 am – 5:30 pm / Location: Ang Mo Kio & Tuas Area
