As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking Project Executives to join our team in delivering globally renowned events.

This is a unique opportunity to kick-start or grow your career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, working alongside international federations, global organisers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

What You’ll Do

Support end-to-end event planning and delivery – from logistics coordination to on-site operations.
Assist Project Managers in managing project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Liaise with vendors, venue operators, clients, and partners to ensure requirements are met.
Coordinate venue overlay, technical specifications, and operational setup.
Provide on-site support during event days, helping to troubleshoot and ensure smooth execution.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and post-event reviews.

What We’re Looking For

️ 1–3 years of experience in event management (internship or entry-level experience in sports or large-scale events a plus).
️ Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
️ Interest in technical and operational aspects of events (venue setup, AV, staging, lighting).
️ Strong communication skills to work effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
️ A proactive, hands-on team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
️ Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Business, Sports Management, or related field.
