Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide employees with the necessary tools and deliver targeted training programs to enhance job performance and success
• Build and maintain long-term business partnerships by engaging key clients and addressing their needs
• Analyze managerial reports to identify performance gaps and uncover opportunities to increase market share
• Develop, communicate, and enforce company policies on customer relations, sales techniques, and ethical standards
• Design and implement training programs for new hires and staff promoted to new roles to ensure smooth transitions
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance against goals and company policies to drive accountability and improvement
• Lead and manage a sales team to ensure effective job execution and achievement of sales targets
