Job Summary

Join RichFood Catering as a Catering Sales Assistant Manager to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring seamless event execution while supporting branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish new sales opportunities through diverse prospecting channels to expand clientele
• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and online catering enquiries to secure business
• Assist clients in selecting menus and prepare tailored event proposals to meet their needs
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance catering services and improve client experiences
• Manage sales and profitability of event orders to achieve revenue targets
• Coordinate with food production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of catering events

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum qualification in F&B Management or equivalent
• At least 2 to 3 years of sales or business development experience in the catering industry

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven track record in catering or event sales
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills demonstrated in client-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills applied in sales contexts
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
• Experience in senior sales or client-facing roles is advantageous
• Willingness to work in the North region
