Job Summary

Le Noir is looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and elevate the guest experience at one of Singapore’s premier live entertainment venues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to achieve high performance and service standards
• Develop and maintain cocktail, wine, and beverage standards to align with current trends and guest expectations
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock control, and minimize wastage to optimize costs
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations to maintain a safe and lawful environment
• Monitor beverage costs, sales performance, and profitability to support business goals
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing feedback professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with management and kitchen teams to support events and promotions effectively

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
