Position Overview:

We're looking for a Senior PR & KOL Associate to join our growing team in Malaysia.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships and bringing campaigns to life through strong execution. You'll work closely with creators, media partners, and internal teams to support Moom's PR, influencer, affiliate, and event initiatives. From outreach and product seeding to event coordination and campaign execution, you'll play a key role in growing Moom's brand presence across Malaysia.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, affiliates, and media contacts across Malaysia.
• Manage day-to-day creator outreach, product seeding, briefing, and content follow-up.
• Identify and onboard new creators for campaigns, events, and affiliate programmes.
• Support the growth and engagement of Moom's creator communities, including Moomates and Moom Creator Club.
• Coordinate KOL and media participation for launches, campaigns, and brand activations.
• Support PR initiatives through media outreach, press materials, and relationship management.
• Work closely with the Events Associate to deliver thoughtful and well-executed brand experiences for KOLs and media.
• Track creator deliverables, maintain campaign reports, and ensure all projects are executed smoothly and on time.

Who are you?

The Senior PR & KOL Associate at Moom is best suited for someone who understands the local creator landscape and enjoys building relationships while driving consistent execution. You should be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing outreach, creator coordination, and campaign follow-through across multiple projects.

What we’re looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, communications, partnerships, or related fields.
• Strong network and understanding of the Malaysian KOL and media landscape.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship management skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Experience in D2C or agency environments preferred.

• Experience working with community or wellness brands.
• Passion for wellness, community-building, and modern Asian women’s health
