KOTRA PHARMA SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Production Line Technician in Melaka, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

1. Responsible to establish, implement and maintain Machine Readiness of each assigned Manufacturing, Filling and Packing Line targeting to start any production process on time.

2. Report to Line Supervisor, in his absence report to Line Executive on all matters pertaining to daily dispensing, manufacturing, packing & filling operations in the Non-Sterile Production or Sterile Production, depending on the assignment.

3. Adhere strictly to approved company procedures, plant and personal hygiene practices, protective clothing or gowning requirement as well as safety precautions aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety requirement. Employee is liable to notify Line Supervisor if he/she suspects of affected by an infectious disease or having open lesions or wound on the exposed surface of the body before entering in manufacturing area.

4. Liable to observe the rules of cross-contamination prevention at every stage of processing where products and materials to be protected from microbial and contaminants of highly sensitizing or highly active materials, contaminants from residues on equipment and from his/her clothing.

5. Liable to observe the escalation pathway in communicating any deviation, out of specification or any out of expectation incidence or occurrence pertaining to manufacturing, filling & packing operations to Line Supervisor or in his absence to Line Executive or higher, to Quality Control Department or to Quality Assurance Department.

6. Liable to adhere with Good Documentation Practice in documenting recording entries in Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Filling Records or Batch Packing Records or other forms or log books used to serve as documented evidence of conformance to Good Manufacturing Practices principle based on PIC/S guidelines and Quality Management System based on ISO 9001.

7. Liable to assist Technical Process Manager for line efficiency in manufacturing.

8. Liable to detect abnormality of the machine such as sound, heat, smell, crack, leaking etc either before, during or after the batch and has to initiate to stop the line (to prevent further damage on machine), report to immediate superior for downtime acknowledgement. Employee is responsible to investigate the root cause(s) of the machine abnormality and may request for technical support if necessary.

9. Liable to perform maintenance jobs which the special tools are not required, such as daily or routine cleaning, lubrication and inspection for machines and change parts and also general spare part replacement.

Job Requirements:

• Prefer to have working experience in Pharma, Food or Electrical field.
• 1 year experience.
• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Engineering / Electronic.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
