Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities, both local and oversea.

2. Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

3. Monitor and track shipment progress and provide timely updates.

4. Prepare full set of shipping documentations (BL, invoices, packing list, forms).

5. Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and environmental policies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business – Administrative / Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent
• Preferable with at least 8-10 years working experience in handling import & export document preparation or related field
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Team player, independent, good problem solving and organization skills
