Responsibilities

Job Summary

The E-commerce Executive supports the development and execution of online sales strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion, and maximize revenue through digital platforms. This role requires close coordination with marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient backend operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Sales & Platform Management

  • Assist in managing daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and company website.
  • Use Unicart SiteGiant to synchronize and manage products, orders, stock levels, and promotions across all platforms.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized (descriptions, images, keywords).
  • Coordinate with warehouse/packing team to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Track order issues, handle platform disputes or escalations, and follow up on customer service matters.

2. Sales & Campaign Execution

  • Support execution of monthly online campaigns, platform vouchers, and promotions (e.g. double-digit days, platform-specific campaigns).
  • Monitor platform KPIs (fulfillment rate, chat response rate, cancellation rate, etc.) and take proactive actions to maintain high scores.
  • Analyze sales data, performance trends, and customer behavior to generate actionable reports.
  • Collaborate with the design/marketing team to ensure on-time delivery of campaign materials.

3. System, Stock & Process Coordination

  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with internal teams to ensure sufficient stock allocation.
  • Assist in resolving system sync errors or discrepancies between Unicart and marketplaces.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes to boost efficiency and reduce errors.

5. System & Process Improvement

  • Support the integration and optimization of ERMS or inventory management systems.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and backend efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
  • Skills:
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Unicart SiteGiant, etc.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or marketplace dashboards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working Location: Puchong HQ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
