• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with Proton & Dealership standards
• To supervise all technician under his charge and to be responsible for the work performed by them
• Analyze and carry out diagnosis work based on customer concern.
• Guide technician in troubleshooting and rectification
• Establish and monitor on-job training for Apprentice Technician / Trainee.
• Communicates with Parts Department to obtain needed parts
• Road tests vehicle when required
• Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended
• Supervise works of any internship technician as assigned
• Keeps workshop area neat and clean
• Communicates with Service Advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if outlined is not needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time
• Execute and implement any job assignment and instruction given by superior.

JOB QUALIFICATION

1. Diploma in Automotive / SKM Level 5; or min SKM Level 3 with 5 years of working experience in related field

2. Good in supervisory skills

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
