Responsibilities
Job Responsible:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Source candidates via job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
2. Training & Development
Assist Coordinate employee training programs (internal & external)
Identify training needs in collaboration with HODs
Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness
3. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
Assist in payroll preparation, leave management, and attendance tracking
4. General Administration
Manage office administrative tasks and documentation
Involve Coordination company events, meetings, and staff activities
Support daily administrative operations
Job Requirement:
Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience
Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
