Job Summary

We are looking for a System Technical Specialist to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of internal systems used by Production, Engineering, and Manufacturing departments. The role involves system support, basic programming, data management, and participation in automation and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of internal applications and manufacturing-related systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting system and application issues.
• Gather user requirements and provide technical support to Production and Engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and databases.
• Support data collection and system integration activities.
• Assist in automation and digitalization projects.
• Participate in system testing, implementation, and user training.
• Maintain technical documentation and system records.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering/ Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Automation Engineering and related technical disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates with strong technical skills may also be considered).
• Basic understanding of programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
