Responsibilities:

· Assist Foreman in planning, organizing, and supervising daily work activities.

· Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Supervise and co-ordinate with Technician during Foreman absence.

· Assist in training new employees and guidance to junior workers.

· Coordinate tools, equipment and materials to ensure availability on site.

· Assist in Perform Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS) and thorough vehicle inspections, diagnose faults, and assign repair tasks based on skills and workload.

· Assist in Liaise and communicate effectively with HQ engineers regarding complex technical issues and vehicle fault findings.

· Assist in Prepare and submit accurate Detailed Technical Report (DTR) and any relevant documentation for HQ review.

· Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with manufacturer standards and safety guidelines.

· Assist in Monitoring workshop performance, resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

· Conduct final inspections and Quality Control check or test drives to verify repair quality before vehicle delivery.

· Support customer service advisors with clear technical feedback to update customers on repair status.

· Provide assistant to maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.

• 协助保持清洁、有序和安全的工作环境。

Requirements:

· Minimum SKM Level 2 / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.

· At least 3 years of working experience in automotive service/repair (experience with new car workshop is an advantage).

· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, familiar with diagnostic tools and equipment.

· Basic knowledge of tools, equipment and work processes, workplace safety standards.

· Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Good communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
