STEM Coach & Robotics Instructor

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who love teaching and inspiring the next generation through STEM education. Whether you are an experienced educator or a fresh graduate with a technical background, we welcome candidates who are eager to make learning engaging, fun, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging STEM, Robotics, Programming, and Technology classes for primary and secondary students.
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences, projects, workshops, and STEM challenges.
• Inspire students to develop creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Prepare lesson materials and ensure effective classroom management.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support learning outcomes.
• Support STEM events, competitions, showcases, holiday camps, and special projects.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies, teaching methodologies, and programme developments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, STEM-related fields, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring children and teenagers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and willing to learn new technologies and teaching approaches.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, coaching, tutoring, training, or conducting workshops.
• Knowledge of Robotics, Programming, Coding, AI, Engineering, or STEM-related subjects.
• Experience handling student projects, competitions, or STEM activities is an added advantage.
