Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, kitting activities, stock accuracy, and ERP system transactions while ensuring smooth support for production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, kitting, issuance, returns, and stock counting.
• Lead and coordinate store personnel, task allocation, and manpower planning.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and ERP transactions.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Maintain proper material identification, traceability, FIFO/FEFO practices, and storage controls.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, QA, and Shipping departments.
• Enforce safety regulations, 5S practices, and warehouse housekeeping standards.
• Train and develop store staff on warehouse procedures and inventory controls.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, storekeeping, inventory control, or material handling experience.

Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material management.
• Experience using Oracle ERP or similar inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with GRN, SIV, kitting, traceability, FIFO/FEFO, and stocktake processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
