Job Brief
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Boy to support daily store operations and assist in logistics functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth inventory management, systematic store organization, and effective coordination with the Logistics Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including receiving, checking, arranging, and recording stock.
- Ensure all store items are organized systematically for easy access and accurate inventory control.
- Monitor stock levels, track stock movements, and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Assist in logistics functions, such as preparing and maintaining logistic reports, coordinating schedules, and supporting delivery arrangements.
- Work closely with the Logistic Dept to support day-to-day logistics operations.
- Prepare simple reports related to both store management and logistics.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store and storage areas at all times.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in store/warehouse/logistics field is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word).
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Physically fit to handle store activities.
- Able to operate a forklift (possession of a valid forklift license is an advantage).
