Job Description

Responsibilities

The Assistant - Credit Control supports billing, invoicing, collections, and account receivable processes while monitoring customer payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth credit control operations.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and analyze customer credit applications
  • Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the billing process
  • Generating and send out invoices to customers
  • Communicate with customers on overdue payments and payment terms
  • Responding to customer inquiries related to credit issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
  • Entering financial transactions into the accounting system
  • Others tasks relevant to credit control/ account receivable assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work well in a team with good time management skills.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
