Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and update customer payments and supplier payments
  • Record and monitor truck-related trip expenses (fuel, toll, driver claims, ad-hoc expenses)
  • Maintain accurate records of receivables, payables, and trip cost summaries
  • Prepare and organize documentation for audit and tax purposes
  • Liaise with company secretary (CoSec), audit firm, and tax agent for document submission and follow-ups
  • File, scan, and maintain proper accounting and administrative records
  • Assist with general office administration and documentation tasks
  • Ensure all financial and operational records are complete, accurate, and audit-read

Requirements / Skills

  • Basic Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to handle payment records and documentation
  • Good communication for liaising with external parties (CoSec, audit firm, tax agent)
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge is an advantage (training provided)

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
