We are a robotics education centre for children and youths. We are looking for a responsible and well-organised Part-Time Student Enrollment & Admin Executive to support our centre operations on Sundays.

This role focuses on handling enquiries, parent communication, student administration, and payment tracking. No teaching is required.

Key Responsibilities

Student Enrollment & Parent Communication

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries
• Explain courses, schedules, and fees to parents
• Follow up trial students and convert them into enrollments
• Respond to parent enquiries in a polite and professional manner

Student Administration

• Update and track student attendance
• Maintain accurate student records and class lists
• Handle schedule-related queries (make-up classes, missed sessions)

Payments

• Track student payments and outstanding fees
• Follow up on overdue payments professionally
• Update payment records accurately

Reporting

• Provide a simple end-of-day summary including:
• New enquiries
• New enrollments
• Attendance updates
• Outstanding payments

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM12.00 - RM20.00 per hour
