Job Summary

We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting financial protection solutions that meet clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Present and explain financial protection and savings solutions to prospective clients.
• Provide professional consultation and recommendations based on clients’ requirements.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure excellent customer service.
• Participate in company training, workshops, and development programs.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales, customer service, banking, insurance, or business development is an added advantage.
