Shinryo (Hong Kong) Ltd Hiring! Full Time BIM Modeler in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Job Duties:

• To do modelling works for MEP Building Services, Architectural and Structural elements
• To prepare 2D Shop Drawing, Combined Services Drawing and Combined Builders Work drawings
• To effectively build model & 2D drawings in timely manner
• To effectively communicate with BIM Coordinator, Engineer and Supervising staff

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Architectural or any other related discipline
• Good knowledge in Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Naviswork
• Preferably 3 years BIM Modeler working experience
• Associate of HKIBIM or member of HKIBIM is preferred, CIC Certified BIM Coordinator would be an advantage
• Can communicate in English – Cantonese

Work location: Kwai Chung
