Job Description

Responsibilities

Department: DICT - Project Delivery

In this position, you will:

  • Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in tracking milestones, scheduling resources, and managing project timelines from site survey to final handover.
  • AI & Technical Integration Coordinate with AI software vendors and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of video analytics with CCTV hardware (IP cameras, VMS, and NVRs).
  • Site & Vendor Management: Supervise sub-contractors and technicians on-site to ensure installation aligns with engineering designs and safety regulations.
  • Client Relations: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Documentation & Quality Control: Maintain precise project documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration logs, risk registers, and change-request forms.
  • Troubleshooting Liaison: Facilitate communication between the client and technical teams during the testing phase of AI algorithms to fine-tune system accuracy (minimizing false positives/negatives).

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within CCTV, ELV (Extra Low Voltage), or Network Infrastructure environments.
  • Solid understanding of IP networking, VMS (e.g., Milestone, Genetec), and familiarity with how AI/Machine Learning video analytics operate.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to translate complex technical jargon into clear client updates.
  • Familiarity with software project implementation processes, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, execution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Certifications preferred: PMP, CCNP or equivalent networking certification is highly regarded.
