Responsibilities
Department: DICT - Project Delivery
In this position, you will:
-
Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in tracking milestones, scheduling resources, and managing project timelines from site survey to final handover.

AI & Technical Integration Coordinate with AI software vendors and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of video analytics with CCTV hardware (IP cameras, VMS, and NVRs).

Site & Vendor Management: Supervise sub-contractors and technicians on-site to ensure installation aligns with engineering designs and safety regulations.

Client Relations: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Documentation & Quality Control: Maintain precise project documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration logs, risk registers, and change-request forms.

Troubleshooting Liaison: Facilitate communication between the client and technical teams during the testing phase of AI algorithms to fine-tune system accuracy (minimizing false positives/negatives).
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management.

4–6 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within CCTV, ELV (Extra Low Voltage), or Network Infrastructure environments.

Solid understanding of IP networking, VMS (e.g., Milestone, Genetec), and familiarity with how AI/Machine Learning video analytics operate.

Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to translate complex technical jargon into clear client updates.

Familiarity with software project implementation processes, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Proactive, responsible, execution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Certifications preferred: PMP, CCNP or equivalent networking certification is highly regarded.
