Mace Hiring! Full Time Scheduler (P6) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

The project:

A large-scale infrastructure programme involving complex civil, structural, and MEP works across multiple sites. The scope includes new town development, advanced technology facilities, and integrated transport systems, with emphasis on systems coordination, asset renewal, and long-term operational resilience.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Develops integrated programmes reflecting logistics, site and project constraints.
• Collaborates with project teams to produce weekly progress reports and meet contractual obligations.
• Monitors productivity, measures performance and drives continuous improvement in delivery.
• Leads clear communication with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Embeds sustainability, procurement alignment and net zero carbon outcomes into programmes.
• Plans, coordinates and manages schedules, ensuring health, safety and timely execution.

You’ll need to have:

• Holds relevant degree or equivalent; working towards professional accreditation (CIOB, APM, PMI).
• A minimum of 8 year of experience with proven capability of working autonomously to produce programmes and sequencing plans with minimal supervision; proficient in planning tools and reporting outputs.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6: Demonstrated experience developing, managing, and maintaining integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, including logic linking, critical path analysis, resource/cost loading, and baseline control. Ability to generate detailed reports, dashboards, and programme insights to support effective project delivery and stakeholder decision-making.
• Demonstrates understanding of contracts, procurement routes, and RIBA stages within project delivery.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders, presenting programme drivers, risks and solutions clearly.
