Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Corporate Development team as a Management Trainee. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate affairs and spearhead new initiatives, including the automating Accounting System and deploying AI for performance monitoring. The successful candidate will rotate through different functions within Accounting and Corporate Development departments, contributing to strategic projects and daily operations, while developing professional, analytical, and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and execution of strategic projects related to corporate affairs.

2. Support the implementation of AI initiatives for corporate performance monitoring.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact projects.

4. Present insights and recommendations to senior management and business units.

5. Participate in training modules to build professional, analytical, and leadership skills.

6. Assist in organizing and attending corporate events to deepen industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in corporate development and AI implementation.
• Background in programming languages such as Python, VBA, SQL, HTML, CSS, or other relevant tools will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Strong business acumen and a proactive attitude.
