Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Reporting & Business Intelligence
Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc business management reports to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Translate complex, unstructured data into clear, insightful management presentation decks and market intelligence materials.
Consolidate management reports to ensure a unified view of divisional performance.
2. Performance Measurement & Dashboarding
Formulate and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to accurately measure team and unit efficiency.
Design and develop interactive dashboards using business analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) to visualize key figures and trends for senior management monitoring.
Ensure data integrity and accessibility within dashboard environments to facilitate real-time decision-making.
3. Process Automation & Digital Transformation
Collaborate with management and IT stakeholders to streamline and automate report generation processes.
Identify opportunities to optimize operational workflows through digital initiatives, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Participate in business process improvement projects to reduce manual effort and increase data accuracy.
4. Fulfilment Planning and Budget Control
Campaign & Program Fulfillment Planning: Assist in the planning and budget allocation for marketing campaigns and business programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational capacity.
Incentive & Reward Management: Design and monitor sales incentive structures and reward fulfillment processes, ensuring accurate calculation, timely distribution, and compliance with internal policies.
Budget Execution & Cost Control: Monitor actual expenditures against approved budgets for fulfillment activities, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to ensure cost efficiency.
Post-Implementation Review: Conduct detailed reviews of fulfilled programs and campaigns, analyzing ROI, fulfillment accuracy, and customer impact to inform future planning.
Vendor & Partner Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and internal partners to ensure seamless execution of fulfillment tasks, negotiating terms where necessary to optimize costs.
5. Ad-Hoc & Special Assignments
Perform ad-hoc analytical tasks and special assignments as delegated by senior management.
Support urgent business inquiries with rapid data extraction and analysis.
Requirements:
Post-secondary or above
3 years or above relevant experience
Strong analytical mind and can promptly to identity the insights
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Excellent analytical and reporting writing skills, Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint with knowledge in Tableau is preferred
Detail-oriented, creative thinking, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
