Detailed Job Description

• Lead and oversee full-stack development activities across backend (Java/Python) and frontend (React) components
• Design, develop, and review application code to ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices
• Break down application designs and requirements into development tasks and deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers within the build team
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security requirements are met
• Coordinate build planning, sprint execution, and integration activities with other teams
• Work closely with the Application Lead and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and solution design
• Support integration with external systems, APIs, and databases
• Oversee unit testing and support SIT activities, including defect analysis and resolution
• Manage build packaging, versioning, and release readiness for deployment
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and build issues, and drive timely resolution
• Support deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilisation activities
