Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued throughout their visit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regular guests and VIP clientele.
  • Proactively engage guests and anticipate their needs.
  • Professionally handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.

Operations & Floor Management

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensure food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards comply with company SOPs.
  • Monitor cleanliness, organisation, and overall appearance of the venue.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping standards are maintained throughout operating hours.
  • Assist with cashiering duties and accurate handling of transactions.
  • Support management in maintaining service excellence during peak periods.
  • Team Leadership & Training
  • Lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented work culture.
  • Train, coach, and mentor new team members to company standards.
  • Identify opportunities to develop staff performance and service skills.
  • Ensure all team members maintain professional grooming and hygiene standards.

General Duties

  • Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Support daily operational requirements as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong initiative and accountability.
  • Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to remain professional under pressure.

Previous experience in bars, clubs, restaurants, or hospitality establishments will be an advantage.
