Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage and organize office documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain records of property-related documents, contracts, and invoices.
- Assist in drafting letters, notices, and meeting minutes for management and residents.
2. Communication & Customer Service
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from residents, vendors, and contractors.
- Assist in distributing notices, circulars, and announcements to residents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the Condo Manager.
3. Financial & Billing Assistance
- Assist in tracking payments, maintenance fees, and financial transactions.
- Help in preparing invoices, receipts, and reports for accounting purposes.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate record-keeping.
4. Office Operations & Coordination
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
- Support the Condo Manager in coordinating property maintenance and repair requests.
- Work closely with property executives, technicians, and security teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per month
