WE'RE HIRING: PERSONAL TRAINER (SALES & COACHING)

Salary: Basic Range $4,000-$7,000 excluding (Commissions + Bonuses)
We are looking for a highly motivated Personal Trainer who can both deliver exceptional coaching and convert 1st time prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate understands that great client results and great sales go hand-in-hand. Many successful gyms expect trainers to coach effectively while actively driving PT sales and client retention.
What You'll Do?
- Conduct fitness assessments, goal-setting consultations & trial workouts
- Ensure proper exercise technique, safety, and progression
- Convert leads into paying personal training clients
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline
- Provide guidance on training, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle habits
- Deliver a premium and results-driven training experience
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Follow up with prospects and existing members

High Sales Commission Structure

Annual Performance Bonus
- Eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 1.5 months' basic salary
