Job Description

• Support the delivery of Corporate IT transformation projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across IT, HR, Procurement, and Business teams.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Prepare presentations, reports, process documentation, and meeting materials.
• Assist with user research, process improvement, and solution design activities.
• Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new technology solutions.
• Conduct research on digital transformation, AI, automation, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Digital Transformation, Technology, or Project Management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data, presentations, and documentation.
• Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, or data analysis is a plus.
