IT Executive, you will be maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the hotel’s information technology systems across both Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur, North and South Towers. This role isn't just about supporting the hotel operations and guest services – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- IT support: Maintain and monitor the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, printers, and communication systems.
- User service: Providing user support, which includes system user permissions or troubleshooting.
- Guest experience: Attend to guests on IT-related inquiries and assist them with technology issues related to internet connectivity or in-room technology when required.
- Audit: Support internal and external audits related to IT systems and security.
- Providing solutions: Identify, evaluate, and offer solutions to improve IT operations efficiencies
- Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, system configurations, and maintenance records.
- Gatekeeper: IT inventory including computers, network devices, and software licenses.
- Be In the Know: Be updated on the daily happenings in the property, latest hotel activations, or initiatives, so you can be part of the important mission.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
- Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and IT best practices.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
