Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist with 3–8 years of experience in IT support and end-user computing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing desktop environments, and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
- Support and administer Windows 10/11 environments.
- Configure and support Microsoft Office 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests through Active Directory.
- Support remote users using remote access and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Perform system imaging, deployment, upgrades, and asset management activities.
- Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic network-related issues.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, server, network, and security teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and technical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and software licensing requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning and account setup.
