Tucker Medical Hiring! Full Time Nurse Manager in Central Region (Singapore) - Ricebowl

Tucker Medical is a private specialist clinic in Novena with a focus on oncology, gastroenterology, integrative medicine, and radiology. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and take ownership of the quality, safety, and patient experience of clinical care across the practice.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a nurse who is equally effective mentoring a team, refining clinical workflows, and supporting patients directly. The position reports jointly to the Chief Operating Officer and the Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Nursing leadership. Manage daily nursing operations, scheduling, and workload distribution. Build and lead a team known for sound clinical judgment and attentive care, including performance reviews, coaching, and development.
• Clinical quality and compliance. Maintain high standards of patient care and documentation, uphold infection control and patient safety, and ensure the clinic meets all regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Patient experience. Coordinate personalised, high-touch care for patients and their families, and serve as a clear, reassuring point of contact throughout their care.
• Operational improvement. Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, and manage clinical supplies and equipment to keep the team running efficiently without compromising care.
• Recruitment and development. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention, and mentor junior nurses and new hires.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and a current Practising Certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including team leadership or supervisory responsibility. Experience in a private specialist or concierge setting is an advantage; oncology nursing experience is preferred.
• Sound clinical judgment, composure under pressure, and a patient-first approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work alongside physicians and operational leadership.
• Proficiency with clinical software and electronic health records.
