Shun Tak Holdings Ltd Hiring! Full Time Assistant Leasing Manager in - Ricebowl

We are currently seeking a high-calibre candidate to join our subsidiary, Shun Tak (Somerset) Pte. Ltd., in Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies for office and retail spaces to optimize occupancy, tenant quality and revenue performance.

• Source, negotiate and secure new tenants through direct prospecting, broker engagement and market networking.

• Manage the full leasing cycle from enquiry, site viewing, negotiation, Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement and handover.

• Build strong relationships with office and retail tenants and act as the primary point of contact for leasing and tenancy-related matters.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve tenant mix, occupancy costs, shopper experience and asset performance.

• Work closely with marketing, operations and property management teams to support leasing objectives and enhance tenant retention.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging brands to identify new leasing opportunities.

• Coordinate with appointed marketing agents and leasing brokers, monitor performance and drive leasing outcomes.

• Manage lease administration, tenancy renewals and rental reviews.

• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy analysis, revenue forecasts and management presentations.

• Support asset enhancement, repositioning and tenant mix planning initiatives where required.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business, Marketing or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant leasing experience in commercial properties.

• Experience in office and/or retail leasing. Candidates with strong experience in either asset class will also be considered.

• Good understanding of leasing documentation, tenancy management and negotiation processes.

• Proven ability to source tenants and close leasing transactions independently.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate tenant suitability beyond rental considerations.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on and cross-functional environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and tenant relationship skills.

• Resourceful, proactive and self-driven.

• Experience in property sales, business development or client acquisition will be an advantage.
