Responsibilities
The Group CHRO is a core member of the Group Leadership Team and acts as a strategic advisor to the Group CEO, Board, and Executive Committee on human capital, organisational effectiveness, leadership, and culture.
Reporting to the Group CEO, you will lead the Group's people and culture agenda, building and maintaining a highly engaged, purpose-driven workforce that delivers exceptional experiences and advances the Group's growth.
This is a senior enterprise leadership role that requires shaping organisational strategy, driving transformation, and building a high-performance culture across a diverse and dynamic workforce. You will blend strategic vision with operational excellence, bringing strong business acumen, deep human capital expertise, and the ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across all levels to deliver meaningful and sustainable impact.
Active Board engagement is essential for this role. The candidate must be analytically strong and numerically inclined to interpret human capital metrics, workforce planning data, and business performance insights.
