Role Description The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Nice metropolitan area and includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing internal and external appointments. The role involves preparing presentations, drafting correspondence, maintaining records and files, and handling confidential information with discretion. The Executive Administrative Assistant will manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely, professional communication with internal teams, partners, and clients. Additional responsibilities may include supporting event coordination, assisting with expense reports, and proactively identifying ways to improve administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Proficient Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and calendar management systems.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, client-facing or hospitality-related environment is an advantage.
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in administration, business, or a related field.
