About the role
We are seeking a capable and reliable Accounts & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at AP Digital Media Sdn Bhd in Kota Damansara, Selangor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is able to support the company across accounts, administration, and basic HR functions. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our growing business while maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
What you'll be doing
- Performing a range of accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Preparing and processing invoices, credit notes, payment schedules, and other financial documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports and supporting month-end closing activities.
- Handling general administrative duties, including maintaining company records, filing, documentation, and coordinating office-related matters.
- Providing support in HR-related functions such as maintaining employee records, leave administration, onboarding documentation, and coordinating staff-related matters.
- Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of queries.
- Ensuring compliance with established accounting procedures, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Providing operational and administrative support to management as required.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, administration, or a similar role. Experience in the events industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative functions.
- Exposure to HR and payroll administration will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Salary range of RM3,300 – RM3,500 per month.
- Hybrid working arrangement with the flexibility to work from home up to two (2) days per week, subject to management's scheduling and operational requirements.
- Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
