Role Description This is a contract, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Cyberjaya. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The role will support employee relations by addressing inquiries, assisting with performance and disciplinary processes, and helping to coordinate engagement and wellness initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will help implement and update HR policies, ensure compliance with company guidelines and local regulations, and support payroll- and benefits-related coordination with relevant stakeholders. The role will also involve preparing HR reports, coordinating HR-related training sessions, and collaborating with hiring managers and leadership to support overall people strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support end-to-end HR processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR systems, and administrative coordination.
- Knowledge of Employee Relations practices, with skills in handling employee inquiries, feedback, and conflict in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with HR Policies, including implementation, communication, and adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools); experience with HRIS platforms is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in a similar HR role within a technology or services environment is an added advantage.
