Job Description – Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) Core Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) Core Developer to design, develop, and implement core banking solutions within the banking and financial services domain. The role focuses on limits, collateral, and exposure-related functionalities and involves close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality, robust, and scalable solutions in a Private Banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) within a core banking landscape.

• Perform technical analysis, development, and system implementation across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Configure, customize, and enhance limits, collateral, facilities, and exposure management functionalities.

• Develop and maintain integration flows using WTX / ITX (latest versions).

• Support and enhance system interfaces, including TTi (T24–TAP interface) where required.

• Work with Unix shell scripts and Oracle databases to support core banking integrations and data processing.

• Collaborate with business users, analysts, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues while ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity.

• Participate in system enhancements, testing activities, and production implementations.

• Support operational activities, batch processing, and interface monitoring within the TAP ecosystem.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) Core Banking.

• Proven experience in core banking systems within the banking or financial services domain.

• Solid experience with WTX / ITX integration development (latest versions).

• Good working knowledge of Unix shell scripting, and Oracle databases.

• Experience in core banking interface development and system integration.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross functional teams.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working under pressure in delivery driven environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TTi (T24–TAP interface) development and support.

• Understanding of core banking data models and integration patterns.

• Exposure to private banking operations and financial product processing.

• Familiarity with middleware integration and message transformation concepts.

Experience

• 6–12 years of software development experience in the banking or financial services domain.

• Proven delivery experience in core banking or Temenos TAP implementations.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Private Banking or Wealth Management technology environments.

• Exposure to banking product customization and data export processes.

• Understanding of enterprise banking IT landscapes and regulatory-driven systems.
