Our client is a well known Main Contractor in Hong Kong. They have just awarded new civil and building projects and looking for Assistant Engineer to Senior Engineer to join their new teams

Job duties:

• Oversee and standardize E&M services operations and maintenance.

• Lead feasibility studies for improvements and upgrades in E&M maintenance.

• Manage building services upgrade projects.

• Prepare budgets and forecasts for technical expenses.

• Implement energy-saving measures and technologies.

• Conduct regular audits and maintenance.

• Coordinate with teams for projects and retrofits.

• Monitor energy usage and analyze data.

• Liaise with stakeholders and supervise contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical or related disciplines

• At least 2 years' experience in FM / E&M engineering

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
