Key Responsibilities
Oversee complex calendar management, schedule critical meetings, and coordinate high-quality logistics for engagements involving investment professionals and cross-functional partners
Arrange both domestic and international travel, prepare comprehensive itineraries, and ensure accurate and timely expense submissions to support smooth business travel
Organize and deliver team activities, training programmes, and internal events, managing end-to-end logistics and liaising with vendors to ensure seamless execution
Enhance operational efficiency for the team across APAC region by designing and implementing scalable administrative processes that improve productivity and overall effectiveness

Collaborate with investment teams as well as Compliance, Finance, Facilities, and Technology functions to support onboarding processes, office operations, and day-to-day administrative needs
Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and develop practical solutions or tools to optimise processes and enhance service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative support, including at least 1 year supporting investment professionals, operations teams, or other client-facing groups within financial or professional services environments
Fluency in both English and Mandarin
Proven experience managing complex schedules, travel coordination, and expense reporting for multiple stakeholders
Strong track record in organising meetings and events with external parties, including scheduling, vendor management, and logistics coordination
