My client is the world's leading global exchange groups seeking for a Project Manager/ Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Solution Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate long-term business objectives into robust system requirement specifications. Oversee the entire lifecycle of solution validation, from structural design to ecosystem deployment.

• Infrastructure Optimization & Strategy: Formulate and execute roadmaps aimed at upgrading operational workflows, maximizing transaction processing capacity, and optimizing systemic efficiency across post-trade platforms.

• Business Documentation Excellence: Author comprehensive business requirement specifications, operational blueprints, complex data metrics analysis, and comprehensive functional testing use cases.

• Risk Mitigation & Regulatory Advisory: Assess systemic dependencies and the downstream impacts of infrastructure changes; engineer risk-managed solutions that remain strictly aligned with global best practices and regulatory compliance frameworks.

• Ecosystem Change & Implementation: Facilitate seamless technological migrations by coordinating extensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and delivering strategic transition blueprints (including documentation and training frameworks) for institutional market participants.

• Senior Stakeholder Management: Act as the strategic liaison between technical delivery squads, operational units, and external market practitioners, providing clear and transparent reporting on program milestones, risk parameters, and deployment outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Professional Track Record: A recognized university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline, supplemented by a minimum of 8 years of deep operational or system delivery experience within a top-tier financial institution or market infrastructure provider.

• Domain Expertise: * Strong conceptual and practical understanding of clearing and settlement dynamics, registry infrastructures, or central clearing house structures.

  • In-depth exposure to CCASS and/or DCASS architectures, including equities, fixed income, rates, and currency instruments, is highly advantageous.

• Core Functional Capabilities: Proven experience acting as a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Delivery Manager, or Subject Matter Expert (SME) leading system migrations or platform automations.

• Technical Toolkit: Familiarity with modern agile collaboration and project management frameworks (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) along with an analytical approach to data-driven decision-making.

• Communication Matrix: Exceptional verbal and written articulation skills in English. Proficiency in business-level Mandarin/Putonghua is mandatory to facilitate cross-border market connectivity initiatives.
