Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day Helpdesk Support services to diagnose and solve problems reported by users
Hardware and software inventory administration
Participation in all phases of system upgrade projects including installation, configuration, system nursing and maintenance
Requirements
(i) Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE): Core Infrastructure, Or (ii) Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
Solid working experience in computer helpdesk support, system administration work
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Immediate available would be an advantage
