About us

We are an integrated electronics manufacturing services providers, HK based with factories in Guangdong and Vietnam.

We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy.

Major Responsibilities         

• Responsible for full set accounting operations and month-end/year-end closing,

• Prepare daily accounting transactions accounting journals and adjustments,

• Prepare financial analysis on a timely basis,

• Process and recording AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets and expense reimbursement transactions independently,

• Assist in preparation of Group consolidation report,

• Assist in annual audit, forecast and budget,

• Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or above qualification in Accounts or related subject,

• 3-5 years' solid experience in accounting is a MUST,

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Accounting Clerk,

• Preferable with PRC/Vietnam manufacturing experience in advance,

• Good communication & interpersonal skills,

• Detail minded, high initiatives and able to work independently,

• Multi-tasking under tight deadlines and adaptable to fast paced environment,

• Proficiency PC skills in MS Office; Knowledge in accounting software and ERP system,

• Good communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarins,

• Immediately available is highly preferred.
