Position Summary

As an AI Expert, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing advanced artificial intelligence solutions that will shape the future of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI applications, design and build intelligent systems, and ensure the successful deployment and optimization of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research on the latest AI trends, algorithms, and technologies. Develop innovative AI models and solutions to solve complex business problems and enhance operational efficiency.
• Model Design and Implementation: Design, build, and train machine learning and deep learning models. Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods. Fine-tune models to achieve optimal performance and accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across different departments, including engineering, product development, and business units, to understand their needs and integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets. Perform exploratory data analysis to extract insights and identify patterns that can be leveraged for model development.
• Model Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics. Continuously optimize models to improve accuracy, reduce computational costs, and enhance scalability.
• Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy AI models into production environments. Monitor model performance in real-time and implement necessary updates and maintenance to ensure long-term stability and effectiveness.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation for AI models, including technical specifications, user manuals, and research findings. Present results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers).
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and algorithm design.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
• Industry Experience: A minimum of [10] years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a commercial environment. Experience in [specific industry, e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce] is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems with innovative and practical AI solutions. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
