Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager plays a vital role in maintaining and developing relationships with clients, ensuring their banking needs are met effectively. The position is integral to the bank’s client service team, supporting the organisation’s reputation for superior service and fostering long-term client loyalty.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in relationship management within a banking or financial environment
• Knowledge of foreign banking services and products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop client relationships, providing tailored banking solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Promote and explain banking products and services relevant to client needs
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
• Support the onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients in an on-site setting

Requirements:
• Right to work in the region
• Experience or knowledge relevant to HKG RM I&I role or related banking functions
• Ability to work on-site and commit to the initial two-week duration
• Available to start on 12/06/2026
